I've been a musician since I was very little, and took up the drums later on in life - since then I've been having a ball playing all types of music in local bands. My favourite – playing big band music - is something I was brought up not to like, but drumming changed all that! I’ve been enjoying playing all styles of music so it's really good fun to teach them to others, especially when they're getting ready for auditions for music colleges and academies.
The way I see it is that if I'm inspired then my pupils will be inspired and with Drumsense we have a lot of fun in our lessons. I've taught all ages and prepared some to go on professionally, and with the Drumsense programme they're well-prepared and ready to go.
