I think my first contact with any form of drumming was at the age of 4 when I started tapping away on a tambourine with a couple of wooden spoons! I remember playing along to my Step Father strumming away on his guitar after a few glasses of wine!

When I finally got my first kit at the age of 9, I knew straight away that drums were the way forward for me, so from then on I had lessons from local legend, Jez Owen.

From 11 years old I started playing in bands with various musicians that I met in and out of School. This taught me so much about playing the drums musically and took my playing to the next level.

Since then I have played all over London and around the South East with many different bands. I have done some session work with a couple of artists and I've also played with various function bands. At the moment I am working a debut album with my current band Cyrano. All very exciting! Check out www.myspace.com/cyranoband

I have been teaching since September 2005 privately and recently I have started at a couple of Schools and opened my own teaching studio. I have known about Drumsense for some time and when I finally met Colin Woolway I realized that this Programme was definitely for me. It keeps things simple and easy to learn, provides structure and goals. Most importantly it's fun!
