Biography

I started playing the drums when I was 9 years old. My drum teacher used the ‘Drumsense’ material as part of his teaching programme, so I know first hand how comprehensive the ‘Drumsense’ course is.

I have experienced and enjoyed playing in bands with a broad range of styles from Rock to Musical Theatre. I currently play in a professional band based in Southampton.

To deepen my knowledge and experience of drumming techniques I have attended many ‘drum clinics’ with well known drummers such as Mark Heaney, Steve White, Craig Blundell and Russell Gillbrook.

I love drumming and want to share my knowledge and enthusiasm to inspire others to learn good basic techniques and then help them develop and refine their skills.
